SPORT SPECIFIC

Be it football, cricket, netball or even ten pin bowling we have training programs available for individual sports that are based around fitness, teamwork and pulling together to achieve a common goal.






 

40 and 50 PLUS FITNESS

Group training program where similarly aged people are put through a fitness workout that is suited to an older group. This program combines fun, laughter and fitness and is ideal if you have been advised to get involved in some weekly exercise and don’t wish to join a gym. Great for meeting people and it is always a great laugh.



 
 

XTREME CAMP (one day event)

We run one day boot camp style training programs that are structured around a sporting group’s needs. They generally start early, are always outdoors and people usually end up tired and muddy but feeling like they could conquer anything. Fantastic for team building and morale. The day is based around team and individual events. Various fitness levels are catered for.







 
CORPORATE CAMP

Our corporate camp is fitness based and can be held on a company’s premises or outdoors similar to our Xtreme Camp. Proven winner for companies that are looking to bring their group closer together, work better as a team and have a great day out. On Corporate Camp the boss is treated just like anyone else and works as hard as everyone involved. ARE YOU GAME!!!

 




 
 

FATLOSS CHALLENGE

We at Fitlife like to bring out the competitive edge in people so we run a nine week FATLOSS CHALLENGE on your company’s premises. Individuals details are confidentially taken in week one, then the challenge is on!! Our trainers take you through your paces weekly and monitor individuals’ exercise and eating programs to come up with the person who loses the greatest amount of weight. IS YOUR COMPANY UP TO IT!!!
