KICK-ASS CARDIO SESSIONS

For those that want to tone up, or stay in shape for their current sport, we have the combat class from hell. WARNING: NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!
You need to bring: towel, water bottle and the right attitude for this one. Serious sweat sessions. Maybe bring a mop and bucket as well!!!!
These sessions draw on martial arts, boxing and kick boxing all rolled into one.




 
SPORT SPECIFIC

If you play lawn bowls or netball or want to become better at hockey we have developed a strength and conditioning package that can be adapted to any sport. If you’re on the road to recovery following a sporting injury we can help with a rehab program.








 
 

ILLNESS IS EVERYWHERE

If you have a family history of heart disease or diabetes, you need to heed the warning signs.
