FOR KIDS GROUPS

At we have designed several programs for kids.

Every week we hear on TV and radio about how fat our kids are getting. Childhood obesity and diabetes are skyrocketing.

There are also lots of kids affected by ADD and ADHD these days and along with that comes low self esteem, poor eating habits and sometimes depression.

Do your kids spend way too much time in front of the TV, XBOX, PLAYSTATION and the COMPUTER and not enough time outdoors being active?

Is your teenager hanging out with kids you don’t really like, getting involved in anti social behaviour and spending way too many hours with the bedroom door closed?

AT FITLIFE WE HAVE PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS ALL OF THE ABOVE ISSUES.

KOOL KIDS
For parents who have children with ADD, ADHD or other similar conditions, the stress levels in the house can become unbearable. We have designed a program at Fitlife that will keep your child extremely active and challenged. The program involves twice weekly sessions, usually outdoors and constantly changing so boredom doesn’t become an issue. Your child will be constantly encouraged, praised and will leave each session feeling tired but fulfilled. We don’t have to tell you the effect this has on low self esteem and depression issues. Age limit ten and above.

GET OFF YOUR ASS KID!

This program is the one for those parents whose kids are stuck to the couch, spending too much time playing all sorts of games. Its time to get tough, switch the power off and get the training gear on. Your kids will be put through a series of fun but challenging activities twice a week and will be back on the track to fitness and regular exercise before you know it. These sessions can be done one on one or in a group and the format constantly changes. DO IT NOW - MAKE THE CALL!

TEEN EXTREME SQUAD

This is the one for the teens in your life who need to get out of the bedroom and get a little more active. Based around a Boot Camp style, this program is ideal for anyone who blades, boards or bmxs. Based around a combination of cardio and weight training, most teens will find this a HUGE challenge.
