Coupled with nutritional advice, your staff competes against each other to win the prize for the most weight lost over the nine-week period. X-treme squads are group-based training in several categories. X-treme squads are based around boot camp style training. It is an eight-week, twice a week program.

KOOL KIDS

For parents who have children that need to be kept busy, KOOL KIDS, is the solution. Group or one-on-one sessions, specially designed for families who have a child with ADD, ADHD, depression or low self-esteem. Sessions are held twice a week and your child will find them both challenging and rewarding. Plenty of positive

LOSE 5kg IN 5 WEEKS

The kick-start most people need. This is the program to get you back on the road to fitness. Group training involving two sessions a week for a five-week period. These sessions are based around cardio and strength training and will help you achieve your goals quickly.
