On behalf of Upper Ferntree Gully football club, we would like to thank you sincerely for the great fitlife training camp held at Wonga Park last week. With a large turnout of 45 players. I know that all the guys, although they were exhausted, thoroughly enjoyed the day. Hi Tommy, thanks for the great fitlife fitness session at the Old Brighton Grammarians Football Club. The session had great variety; combining boxing, plyometrics, strength and general fitness. Having the variety in the sessions is a great injury prevention mechanism as well as improving the general conditioning of the playing group. The boys really appreciated the input.
